It is checked whether the acquired data conforms to predefined rules and is within a predefined source range. The data that passes this verification process are automatically submitted to the organizational resource, CRM or accountancy systems through the PaperWork integration server either in real-time mode or in segments. All the documents that are processed by FormMagic are automatically archived within PaperWork to be made available for access whenever needed.
Also, according to the data acquired from forms and documents, you can insert your documents into the work flow through the PaperWork Docflow and cycle them through the predefined authentication points in order to get their process done.
