ERDEMİR MINING

Erdemir Mining has preferred PaperWork document management software for its project of archiving, and managing organizational documents.
At the end of Phase-1 works by G&G Soft consultancy team, and Erdemir Mine Processing information processing team, Erdemir Mine human resources, and trade departments have started to archive, and manage their documents over PaperWork. With Phase-1 of the project, personnel records files, health files, purchasing, and sales files, internal, and external correspondence will be completely managed by way of Paperwork. As soon as project goes into life, approval processes of purchasing, and sale documents will be done by using PaperWork DocFlow. Installation, and adaptation works realized in a very short time are a kind of proof that preference by Erdemir Mine is right. Other Phases of the project will be adapted, and applied by Erdemir Mine information processing team.

"Sabancı Holding giving direction to Turkey's economy with its activities, and strategy is starting using EMC Documentum product for management, security, and sharing of organizational content. Sabancı Holding will have the ability to manage its organizational content over interfaces of Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft SharePoint Portal intranet by way of adaptation consultancy developed by G&G soft on behalf of EMC professional services. Sabancı Holding which is a reflection of Turkey's history will protect, and share organizational introduction contents, photographs, videos, and multimedia content as documentary belonging to the names who left footprints in our history by EMC Documentum Digital Asset Manager. As a part of the project to be realized, Sabancı Holding will archive organizational e-mails by using EMC SourceOne product, which will work, integrated with Microsoft Exchange. When project is completed, this will be the first project realized in Turkey by a business partner on behalf of EMC."
