While working in CPM, they will be able to archive and view any document format they need, such as email, MS Office documents, PDF, TIFF, JPG, BMP, and DWG. Since documents are archived in PaperWork, no separate document operations are performed in the ERP, which shortens transaction times, ensures the system is not affected by version upgrades, and increases efficiency.
With the PaperWork Workflow System, users will be able to manage all their corporate processes from within CPM ERP.
ERP users who build their processes with the design tool supporting BPMN 2.0 and swimlanes will be able to start and manage their flows and review their history from within the ERP. Through searches within flows, they will be able to reach documents attached to a flow, as well as the workload on individuals and all completed tasks.
With PaperWork BPM, they will be able to get KPI and SLA performance reports and measure not only the performance of a process but also the performance of each work step within it. This way, the company will be able to gather its processes for all work steps in the ERP on the PaperWork platform and manage them from within CPM. In addition, a business process designed and running on PaperWork in integration with any other non-ERP software used in the company can be run through the PaperWork application inside CPM, giving users a significant ease of use and full command of all their workflows.
Also, with PaperWork Workflow running inside CPM ERP, users will be able to start workflows with or without documents, visually track the steps the work passes through in a graphical environment, measure the history and processing times of the steps in a flow, define automatic actions by setting a due time for a flow, find the desired flow by searching data entered in electronic forms within flows, have authorized users move flows back or forward to the desired step, monitor all work pending on individuals along with its history, and have one flow automatically start another through sub-workflows.
