As PaperWork, in our capacity as data controller, this privacy and personal data protection policy aims to inform you about which of your personal data will be processed and for what purpose, with whom and why the processed data may be shared, our data processing method and legal grounds, and your rights regarding your processed data.

Personal Data Collected, Method of Collection and Legal Grounds

Your IP address and user agent information will be processed solely for analysis purposes, through cookies and similar technologies, by automated or non-automated means, and sometimes by being obtained from third parties such as analytics providers, advertising networks, search information providers and technology providers, recorded, stored and updated within the framework and for the duration of the service and contractual relationship between us, based on the legitimate interest processing condition.

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

The personal data you share with us will be processed and updated, solely through analysis, in a manner appropriate and proportionate to its purpose for the duration of the contract and service, in order to best fulfill the requirements of the services we provide, to ensure that you can access these services and benefit from them to the maximum extent, to develop our services in line with your needs, to connect you with broader service providers within legal frameworks, and to fulfill obligations arising from the law (sharing personal data with judicial and administrative authorities upon request).

Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

We use the personal data we receive from you for the following purposes:

a) To perform the contract we have entered into with you to provide our services. This contract is subject to our Terms and Conditions, which you can find here;

b) To receive your demo or information request, get back to you, and schedule a meeting and demo;

c) To transfer your request to our relevant teams and our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM) and, where necessary, to contact you;

d) To keep the website secure, monitor that it works properly and, if you allow it, analyse its use in order to improve it;

e) To contact you to provide information about products and/or services that PaperWork thinks may interest you;

f) Where you have subscribed to our communications, to improve the quality, content and relevance of our communications by tracking your interaction with them, such as receiving, opening or clicking a link in our email.

To Whom and for What Purposes Collected Personal Data May Be Transferred

The personal data you share with us may be transferred to third parties, institutions and organizations in Türkiye and abroad from which we receive and/or to which we provide services in order to carry out our activities, with which we have a contractual relationship or cooperate, and to judicial and administrative authorities upon request, provided that the necessary technical and administrative measures are taken.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), everyone may apply to the data controller and exercise the following rights:

  1. To learn whether personal data is processed,
  2. To request information if personal data has been processed,
  3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in line with its purpose,
  4. To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom personal data is transferred,
  5. To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
  6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data,
  7. To request that the actions taken under subparagraphs (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  8. To object to a result against the person arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  9. To request compensation for damages if the person suffers damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
