KVKK Information Notice

Pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, we inform you about how your personal data is processed when you visit the paperwork.com.tr website and fill in the demo request form.

2. Personal Data We Process

Demo request and contact form: your first name, last name, company name, business email address, phone number (optional), solution of interest, your message, the page from which you sent the form, the date and time of submission, and your confirmation that you have read this notice.

Technical and usage data: your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit and how long you stay, the referring site and your cookie preference.

Advertising measurement data (only if you allow marketing cookies): if you arrived by clicking an advertisement, the ad click identifier (e.g. gclid, fbclid) and campaign parameters (utm).

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Receiving and evaluating your demo and information requests and contacting you to schedule a demo,
  • Carrying out pre-sales conversations and customer relationship management,
  • Keeping the website secure and monitoring that it works properly,
  • Measuring how the site is used in order to improve content and design (if you allow analytics cookies),
  • Measuring the results of advertising campaigns and showing ads to people who have previously visited the site (if you allow marketing cookies),
  • Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation and providing information to authorised institutions.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is obtained non-automatically when you fill in the form, and automatically through the website, cookies and similar technologies.

Form data is processed on the grounds that processing is necessary for responding to your request and establishing a possible contractual relationship, for fulfilling our legal obligations, and for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and on the ground of our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (KVKK Article 5/2). Strictly necessary cookies are used under the same grounds, without requiring your consent.

Analytics and marketing cookies and similar technologies are operated only on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1). You can make your choice in the cookie panel shown on your first visit, and change or withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of the page; withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and with the necessary technical and administrative measures in place, to our website hosting and email service providers; to Zoho services (Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ) for customer relationship management and live support; if you allow it, to Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) for analytics and advertising measurement; and to legally authorised public institutions. Some of these providers may be located abroad; transfers abroad are made in accordance with KVKK Article 9.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the period prescribed in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Cookie durations are stated separately in the Cookie Policy.

7. Your Rights under KVKK Article 11

As a data subject you have the right to:

  1. Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  2. Request information if it has been processed,
  3. Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
  4. Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
  5. Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
  6. Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in KVKK Article 7,
  7. Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  8. Object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively through automated systems,
  9. Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You can send your requests regarding the above rights, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, to ioz@paperwork.com.tr or to the postal address above. Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature; if the process requires a separate cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
