Folkart İnşaat chose the PaperWork platform as its document management and workflow system for use at Folkart İnşaat, Pharmactive pharmaceuticals, Volt electric motors and Voltsan Kalıp.

Running its workflows connected to ERP through PaperWork WorkFlow’s ready-made SAP integration add-on, Folkart İnşaat uses the PaperWork Workflow Module in various configurations for approval workflows that involve a large user base.

The company runs all Procurement and Payment approval processes, adapted in integration with the SAP environment, on PaperWork. In the Procurement process, requests entered on PaperWork move forward, after passing the required approvals, all the way to creating a purchase order in SAP.

In addition, invoices that reach the company physically or from SAP enter an approval workflow on PaperWork, and once payment dates are set, the necessary data is transferred to SAP.

Folkart receives the daily reports of all its construction sites on PaperWork through the Daily Site Report Workflow. By recording the work done, materials used, and tools and equipment at its sites by category and date, the company will be able to forecast all resource usage for future projects and plan its resources much more efficiently.

Processes such as Subcontractor Evaluation, Provisional/Final Acceptance, Special Delivery Notes, Material Purchase Agreements, Design Management, Staff Leave and Vehicle Tracking System make work easier for many departments.

Pharmactive, one of the Saya Group companies, archives all its drug licenses and official correspondence on PaperWork, so it can easily access the documents it needs, set permissions on them and track their change history.
