İnci Akü Yuasa, a joint venture between Japanese battery giant Yuasa and İnci Holding, will move its processes to digital with the PaperWork platform. After completing our free monthly training sessions at Baykuş Academy, İnci Akü’s experienced technical team will adapt the processes themselves.
Processes running on other applications and on paper will be moved to the PaperWork platform, integrated with SAP. Bringing processes together on a single platform will make them easier to use and reduce operating costs. PaperWork’s ready-made SAP integration module (Connector) will provide fast, cost-free data exchange with SAP. PaperWork will monitor processes in real time with metrics such as SLA and KPI.
It will ensure balanced distribution of workload and improvement of problem areas. The dynamic document management system, working in integration with process management, will also enable central management of documents. With PW SAP ECM UI, PaperWork’s document management application that runs inside SAP, users will be able to view, version, search, share and scan documents either from our web interface or from within SAP.
