İzeltaş’s transformation, digitalized with PaperWork, reflects its core business principles and discipline while preserving its perfectionism.

As stated by Murat Yorgancılar, board member and general manager of İzeltaş El Aletleri, İzeltaş has served for 54 years as Türkiye’s only hand tool manufacturer and is one of Europe’s largest integrated production facilities. Yorgancılar describes the company’s digitalization process and its collaboration with PaperWork along the way.

On the path to digitalization, İzeltaş reached an agreement with SAP as part of its ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Transformation project, and thanks to PaperWork’s easy integration, it began exchanging information smoothly. The company reports that it has taken 10 processes integrated with SAP and 15 processes not integrated with SAP live on PaperWork.

Murat Yorgancılar details how digitalization affected the company’s internal processes, how these processes are managed, and how the challenges of working from home during the pandemic were overcome. He also emphasizes how digitalization improved the company’s workflows and processes, allowing problems to be resolved faster.
