NetCore moved its Business Processes, Document Management System and E-Invoice Archive to PaperWork.

As part of a customer-focused transformation project, all business processes and documents are now managed with PaperWork. Our system, which is directly integrated with Efinans, NetCore's e-Fatura (Turkish e-invoice) integrator, automatically retrieves all incoming e-invoices from Efinans and archives them in PaperWork. Paper invoices received physically can also be scanned and archived digitally in the same way. Incoming invoices are automatically routed into the invoice approval workflow according to defined rules.

Netcore's core business processes, the Cost Analysis Approval, Expense Approval, Leave, Advance Request and Training Request workflows, have been moved to PaperWork. As a result, processes have become faster and traceable. All transactions related to the processes are recorded digitally, and paper documents have been eliminated. When users are out of the office, they can approve, reject, forward and perform similar actions via the emails sent by the workflow system, so work moves on without waiting. Users who log in with different authorization levels work only in their own areas and can view documents only within their permissions.

By archiving all documents such as Contracts, Quotes, Orders and Employee Personnel Files digitally in PaperWork, storing and accessing the organization's documents has become easier and work efficiency has increased.
