Türk Telekom Savings and Aid Fund document archive
Documents belonging to the Fund's Member Relations, Commercial Activities, Legal, HR, Accounting and Document Registry departments are archived on PaperWork.

TTBYS (Türk Telekom Biriktirme ve Yardım Sandığı), which has about 18,000 members, has made the roughly 1 million member documents it used to keep in a physical archive available across the organization on PaperWork, within defined permissions. PaperWork archived the scanned member documents, which had been foldered by member number, by automatically pulling member information from TTBYS's own system via a web service and filling in electronic forms. In addition to archiving past records, data generated in the Fund's own automation applications is now automatically transferred to PaperWork's web-based electronic form interfaces going forward. Users can access records and documents from anywhere through fully web-based interfaces.

Incoming and outgoing correspondence can now be tracked easily with automatic counters and date reminders. Thanks to PaperWork's messaging system, users have started sending records and documents to each other through PaperWork, which prevents internal correspondence from being handled uncontrolled over email. With PaperWork's date-based alert system, department managers receive alert emails a set number of days before important dates such as contract end dates and hearing dates, so they can manage their work as efficiently as possible. Fund employees no longer waste time searching for documents in files or across units; with PaperWork they reach the documents they need quickly and securely.

In the later phases of the project, advanced integrations with the Fund's own .NET-based applications are planned using the PaperWork SDK (software development kit).
