Uludağ İçecek, with a history of more than 100 years, manages all its processes with the PaperWork platform.

First, all human resources and Covid workflows were moved to the system. All process steps began to be monitored and measured.

Thanks to PaperWork’s SAP connector, data exchange with SAP was achieved without writing code. Integration and operating costs fell, and the parametric system built on the LowCode architecture made it possible to design complex processes with minimal effort. Using PaperWork’s form, workflow and report design tools, the team designed workflows themselves with simple drag and drop, without depending on anyone. Workflows were planned in integration with SAP. This took load off the SAP system and reduced SAP operating costs.

With PaperWork’s advanced SDK and integration layer, integrations with other applications were also built. As a result, KPI and SLA tracking for all workflows on the system started in real time. New product development, campaign management and processes integrated with the Robusta RPA virtual robot are also being taken live. PaperWork controls the virtual workforce (RPA) and employees within the same process.
