Run insurance operations on a single platform.
The PaperWork platform and PWCLAIMS Claims Management run an insurer's daily work with ready-made solutions, from first notice of loss to claim payment, from agency requests to procurement. Policy and claim records stay in the existing core system, while all the work around them runs on PaperWork.

+ PWCLAIMSOne platform
PaperWork and PWCLAIMS solve the insurer's work together.
At insurance companies, claims, agency, procurement and support processes usually run on different screens, in emails and in individually built workflows. Because information is scattered, management sees late why a file is waiting, which decision was made on which grounds and where costs arise.
PaperWork gathers this scattered work on a single platform; PWCLAIMS brings the claims process at the heart of insurance ready to use, end to end. The result: files that close faster, claim costs under control and an operation in which every step can be tracked.
Questions management can answer
- 01Which claim file is waiting, at which step, with whom and why?
- 02Which evidence and which rule is the claim decision based on?
- 03How are experts, repair shops and agencies performing, and who is missing targets?
- 04Where do claims and procurement spending stand against the budget?
- 05Can the full decision history be shown with one click during an audit?
A claim file's journey on PWCLAIMS
Every step recorded, every wait visibleWhat does it bring to management?
Claim files close faster
Each team sees only its own work list, and pending steps are tracked against time targets. Alerts come while a delay is building up, not at month end.
Claim costs are kept under control
Repair quotes are compared with contract prices and accident photos with the statements in the accident report. Files with a fraud risk go to review before payment.
Agency and partner relationships grow stronger
The agency opens its request, follows its status and sees the outcome. Experts, repair shops and lawyers are managed with scorecards; who is missing targets is visible on a single screen.
One budget, one financial picture
Procurement, claims and commission costs are recorded in the same budget structure. Spending is compared with the budget at the time of the request, before the invoice arrives.
Audit-ready at any time
Who decided what, with which evidence and when: everything is recorded. AI suggests, an authorised person approves; every transaction is written to the audit log.
Ready-made solutions, not development
Instead of building separate forms and workflows for each process, solutions prepared for the industry are adapted. Deployment is shorter and the maintenance burden is lighter.
Eight work boards, one file view.
A claim file is not managed through a single long workflow. Each specialism works on its own board, and all boards are linked to the same file. The expert team sees only its own work; the claims approver sees only files awaiting a decision.
Notification and file opening
Expert assessment
Total loss and salvage
Decisions and payments
Recourse
Fraud investigation
Objection and arbitration
Quality
Reads the document, compares the evidence
When the accident report, ID, driving licence, policy, vehicle registration and photos are uploaded, the document type is recognised, fields are extracted and the photos are compared with the statement in the report. Every value is linked to its source document.

Six expert agents, zero automatic payments
- Notification and verification
- Coverage and entitlement
- Evidence and consistency
- Fraud analysis
- Damage and cost
- Operations planning
Agents produce findings and reasoning; coverage eligibility and the claim calculation are determined by rules. The payment decision is always made by an authorised user.
The top row shows the workflow built separately today; the bottom row shows its equivalent in PWCLAIMS.
Claims management and all claim-related operations on a single platform.
PWCLAIMS works together with the other ready-made solutions on the same platform. The company card, budget, document and permission structures are shared; information created in one solution is not re-entered in another.

Which process, in which ready-made solution?
Business areas we see at insurance companies and the ready-made solutions that cover them. The core insurance system is not in the table; the ready-made solutions take on the request, approval, payment and control workflows around it.

An unbroken chain from request to payment.
The approval matrix, budget overrun rule, currency and ERP mapping are kept on definition screens. When a rule changes, the form or workflow does not.
Procurement
- Quote collection, tender, orders with revisions
- Goods and service receipt, progress payments
- Three-way matching; differences go to an authorised user
Enterprise Planning
- Overrun rule: block, warn or send for approval
- Planning broken down by line of business, channel and product
- Advances, guarantees, offsetting
Suppliers
- Application via portal, sanctions screening, qualification
- Automatically populated supplier scorecard
- Approved IBAN changes and blocking
Contracts
- Framework limits decrease with orders
- Agency, expert, repair shop, reinsurance, lease, confidentiality
- Renewal dates become tasks
Every request from an agency in a single request record.
We propose setting up agency processes on PWSLM's shared company infrastructure, with an agency-specific business partner card and workflows linked to it. Request categories, unit mappings, standard replies and time targets are definition data; a new request type is added without changing the workflow. Scope and priorities are set together with the insurer's team.
- Identity
- Code and sub-code, region, working group, segment
- Authority
- Line-of-business authorities, authorisation level, ex gratia limit
- Links
- Sales and technical units, users, permission sets
- Finance
- Current account and suspense, IBAN, commission reconciliation (PWXPA)
- Contracts
- Commission rates, collection authority (PWCLM)
- Performance
- Production, collection time, complaint justification rate, satisfaction
The same card is used for all business partners, with different roles.
- StartThe agency opens a request from the portal, or an employee from the My Work screen.
- OwnerAssigned to a pool or a person by region, line of business, working group and category.
- ResponseResolve, request a document, get an opinion, put on hold or forward to a unit, with standard replies.
- Time and escalationIf the target is exceeded: reminder, notification to the manager, update to the agency.
- OutcomeThe agency accepts or reopens; the request closes with a satisfaction survey.
A · PaperWork external company portal
Knowledge base, assistant, request creation and tracking, correspondence and documents. It carries the company's brand; maintenance is handled by PaperWork.
B · Existing agency screen + REST layer
The agency stays on the screen it is used to, while requests run in PaperWork. Identity is resolved from the session on the server side. Option A is still set up for internal teams; both show the same request.
Five principles that apply to all solutions
Business objects
Request, order, claim file, contract: fields and statuses are defined (draft, in approval, final, closed).
Workflow and board
Every record moves through a workflow; every team follows its own board.
Rules on the definition screen
When thresholds, SLAs or authorities change, code and forms do not.
ERP mapping in one place
Every business event is linked to an ERP transaction; success is verified by read-back.
AI suggests, people decide
Approval, posting and payment stay with authorised users; every transaction is audited.
