After evaluating global and local workflow solutions, Anadolu Sigorta chose the PaperWork workflow platform. In the first phase of the project, the communication process between agencies, regional offices and the head office, involving about 10,000 users, began to be managed on the PaperWork ECM platform. The system, called PAS, has made it easier to track productivity through its reports.
In the second phase of the project, an interface integration was completed with the company's in-house, Java-based insurance application. The Anadolu Sigorta software team used the PaperWork SDK to integrate workflows with its own insurance application. Agencies and Anadolu Sigorta employees manage workflows through the insurance package, while PaperWork runs in the background as the workflow engine. Users complete their tasks in the insurance application without opening another application.
